Jane has specialized in the trusts and estates area of law for more than twenty years with experience including:

Jane is trusted by corporate fiduciaries to handle their fiduciary matters including the administration of all types of trusts, guardianships, and estates. She has extensive experience in the Orphans’ Court and is known by local Judges.

Jane graduated from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1989 and from Temple University School of Law in 1992. She worked in the Estates Department of Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll from 1992 through 1995 and joined the firm of Heckscher, Teillon, Terrill & Sager, P.C. in 1996. Jane continued her legal practice with Heckscher Teillon until 2006 when she teamed up with Peter Klenk, Esquire, working with his trusts & estates firm in center city, Philadelphia. In 2007, Jane established her own firm where she continues to provide high-quality legal services.
